$36.5K – $45.8K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Inventory management Mid-level Millennium High school diploma or GED QuickBooks CPIM Med spa experience FDA regulations Full Job Description The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s inventory operations to ensure optimal stock levels, accuracy, and efficiency for clinics and online store. This role involves tracking inventory movement, analyzing supply chain data, implementing inventory control procedures, and coordinating with vendors and the operations team. The Inventory Manager ensures that inventory systems are up-to-date and aligned with business needs while minimizing costs and preventing expiration or overstock situations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Online Store Inventory Control & Tracking Inventory Control & Tracking Monitor inventory levels of skincare products, injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers), and medical equipment. Use inventory management software (like Zenoti, Meevo, or QuickBooks) to track usage and restock levels. Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Transport inventory as needed. Procurement & Vendor Management Order supplies from vendors based on usage trends and promotional calendars. Negotiate pricing and manage relationships with suppliers and reps (e.g., Allergan, ZO, Alastin etc.). Compliance & Expiration Management Track expiration dates on products and ensure proper storage (e.g., refrigeration for certain injectables). Maintain records for regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, etc.). Ensures clinic staff compliance with required logging of inventory Support Clinical & Front Desk Teams Coordinate with providers and aestheticians to ensure treatment rooms are stocked. Provide the front desk team with retail inventory updates and assist in displays. Reporting & Analytics Analyze inventory turnover rates and forecast demand based on treatment popularity and seasonal trends. Report monthly metrics to management. Conducts quarterly audits of inventory. Provides end of year inventory assessment. Responsible for decision making in necessary item request. Interfaces with the Finance department for budgetary purposes. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma Managerial experience Preferred Education or Experience Inventory Management Certification (APICS, CPIM) OSHA or HIPAA training Familiarity with medspa-specific regulations (state board, FDA labeling, etc.) Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, walking, standing, squatting, and reach items both high and low.
