This critical role requires an individual with strong organizational skills and experience in shipping and receiving. This full-time position requires working 50+ hours per week, with at least 4+ hours per day in temperatures of 0°F. Candidates must be comfortable working in freezer conditions and be ready to contribute to a high-performance environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory management within the freezer section. Coordinate and monitor shipments and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate processing. Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, shipments, and receipts. Operate forklifts to move products and materials within the warehouse. Ensure the freezer environment meets safety and operational standards. Perform quality control checks to ensure products are stored and handled properly. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the freezer area. Work on Saturdays as needed.
Requirements:
Forklift certification is required. Previous experience in shipping and receiving is a must. Ability to work 50+ hours per week, including over 4 hours per day in temperatures as low as 0°F. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle physical demands of the position, including lifting and moving heavy materials. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. $15 – $23 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
50+ hours per week, including some Saturdays Competitive hourly wage with paid overtime. Overtime hours paid for any time worked beyond 40 hours a week.
