PM Job Summary:

Coordinates the planning, purchasing, and inventory control of all STHS Inventory locations. Manages supply flow, ensuring on time supply deliveries, maintains an accurate inventory, and works with suppliers and internal departments to ensure adequate supply levels. Maintains an accurate inventory for all STHS inventory locations, ensuring sufficient stock levels, and coordinates weekly cycle counts. Places purchase orders with suppliers based on inventory and PAR replenishment suggestions. Process any other Purchase Orders as requested by the Materials Management Operations Manager or Director. Reviews all Purchase Orders for accuracy, confirms product availability, works with internal stakeholders to approve alternate items, if needed. Maintains an accurate inventory in the Workday ERP and ensures physical inventory is in compliance with the Workday information. Prepares weekly inventory reports to track inventory level fluctuations and stock requests. Ensures compliance in all Inventory and PAR locations following FIFO (First in First Out) stocking and conducts weekly expiration date checks. Must have the ability to problem solve and delegate tasks to central supply distribution clerks. Utilizes strong communication skills to work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma. Strong Organizational, Problem Solving, and Communications Skills required. Computer skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to work independently and as a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

College graduate preferred. Three to five years’ experience in a hospital setting or formal training in Materials Management preferred. Prior experience in supply chain preferred.

Physical Demands:

Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting at least 50 pounds is required. Must be able to work with a moderate level of noise.
