Role:
Tough Cookies is seeking a highly reliable and organized Delivery Logistics Manager to oversee early morning delivery operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring our deliveries are executed accurately and efficiently every week.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrive at our facility by 4:00 AM every Sunday to begin organizing all delivery bags by assigned routes. Ensure every bag is properly labeled and grouped by driver Review orders and identify any missing meals or delivery issues. Coordinate with the kitchen or operations team to prepare any last-minute missing items. Be on standby to step in and complete a delivery route in the event of an emergency Return Monday mornings from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM to help organize Monday deliveries and provide backup support if needed. Communicate effectively with the delivery team, kitchen staff, and operations manager to ensure a smooth delivery flow. Track any recurring logistical issues and report to management with recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
Prior experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or a similar role preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working early morning hours and handling time-sensitive tasks. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to lift and move delivery bags (up to ~30 lbs). Dependable, proactive, and able to troubleshoot issues independently.
Compensation:
Hourly pay based on experience, with potential for additional hours and responsibilities over time.
