Overview We are seeking a Parts Manager to oversee our parts department, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automotive parts management and supply chain logistics. Duties

• Manage inventory levels, procurement, and distribution of OEM parts
• Work closely with Service Department to ensure a timely turnaround of parts for internal jobs and work orders
• Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary parts and supplies
• Utilize Dealer Management System for inventory tracking
• Oversee parts sales and customer service
• Ensure accurate data entry for inventory and sales records
• Supervise parts staff and provide training as needed

• Requirements:

• Experience in automotive/diesel/heavy equipment repair and/or parts management
• Proficiency in supply chain management and logistics
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and components
• Familiarity with forklift operation for handling heavy parts
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and inventory control systems

• Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the heavy equipment industry

$65,000.00
