Job Description
Description We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and enhance the distribution of products, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to lead a team, foster long-term client relationships, and drive profitability while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations related to product delivery, administrative tasks, and customer service to ensure seamless processes.
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships to promote business growth and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain activities, including scheduling and logistics, to achieve timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Analyze financial performance, develop budgets, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and provide training to staff on best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage equipment maintenance at company and client locations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including bulk product sales and specialized service offerings.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that align with company goals and market needs. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in operations, supply chain, or product distribution.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and demonstrate strong financial acumen.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while driving strategic initiatives.
- Experience with logistics management and KPI reporting.
- Strong understanding of industry safety regulations and compliance requirements.
