What You Will Do:
The Non-Product Materials Manager will provide leadership and guidance directly to a multi-skilled group of hourly, exempt and contingent team members engaged in the distribution of material through Vendor Assist, and 708/8000 Cribs. Work to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained for non-product and consumable cribs; maintain requirements for demand planning in SAP for PWA300 material and crib tooling Coordinate shipping logistics for material delivering from suppliers and vendors Manage vendor assist purchase orders and performance Manage minimum/maximum inventory levels, tool setups, blanket order review, and evaluate cost for non-product and consumable cribs Execute business decisions fairly, conduct performance reviews, hold regular toolbox talk meetings, apply consistent application of policy/work rules, provide clear, consistent communication of organization goals and objectives; interact with both internal and external cross-functional groups. Develop annual inventory plan based on percentage of forecasted sales plan and P&W inventory initiatives; develop new supply options where necessary
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree and 8 or more years’ experience in a materials management, supply chain or closely related industrial environment or a Master’s degree and 5 or more years’ experience in a materials management, supply chain or closely related industrial environment OR an Associate’s degree and 10 or more years’ experience in a materials management, supply chain or closely related industrial environment In absence of a degree, 12 or more years of directly related experience in a materials management, supply chain environment or closely related industrial environment Experience working in a team lead, supervisory or management capacity Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD – 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
