We are a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Supply Chain Manager. This position reports to the General Manager and will work in Limerick, Pennsylvania. About the position As a Supply Chain Manager in the Limerick team, you will be involved in managing Dometic Limerick’s external supplier base to assure an uninterrupted flow of goods and services that meet all of our requirements every time. T Your main responsibilities Manages sourcing of Dometic Marine requirements for materials and services to ensure availability and lowest total cost
Establishes and monitors metrics in support of annual corporate and operations objectives
Develops the required Supply Chain to support new product introductions
Reviews and recommends improved operating policies and procedures and insures the proper implementation and maintenance of approved changes
Participates or provides support to ECO and MRB processes and monthly Sales and Operations Planning meetings.
Prepares annual material spend budget and operates within established expense budget parameters.
Prepares and submits periodic reports on Operational Objectives or others as requested
Keeps abreast of the latest trends, literature and developments on products
Works closely with sister companies and develops practices toward to global manufacture and supply
Participates on corporate-wide purchasing council teams and related activities
Assists in Capital Equipment and Maintenance supply purchases as necessary
Supervises the establishment and maintenance of purchasing records and documentation
Assumes additional responsibilities or Special Projects as requested
