Duties Manage the procurement and inventory of automotive parts, ensuring optimal stock levels through effective demand planning. Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with parts inquiries, recommendations, and order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records through diligent data entry related to inventory control and sales transactions. Collaborate with the automotive repair team to ensure that necessary parts are available for ongoing service work. Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures as needed. Train and mentor staff on best practices in parts management, customer service, and equipment repair processes. Requirements Proven experience in an automotive parts management role or similar position is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in automotive repair or service is highly desirable. Familiarity with inventory control systems and demand planning methodologies. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
