  • Accountable for the coordination and execution of the Distribution Center’s cycle count
  • Provide consistent, transparent, in-the-moment coaching, and actional feedback to the team to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Partners with management team to sustain workplace health and safety requirements according to OSHA regulations and the Company safety policies
  • Ensures workflow and processes are to maximum efficiencies for the business necessity
  • Lead, guide, and coach team to accomplish common goals
  • Creates and presents weekly variance reports for audit compliance
  • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
  • Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.

    Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years prior Inventory Control experience preferred
  • Prior leadership/supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of HighJump, SQL, Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF application a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
  • Understands and complies with OSHA regulations
  • Ability to coach and develop employees in performing job duties to department and company expectations
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as but not limited to forklift, pallet jack, order picker, reach truck Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive change and improve processes
  • Collaborative leadership and relationship-building skills
