Inventory Manager Premier Services Olive Branch, MS 38654 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven ability to analyze data and optimize inventory levels. This role is critical in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining the balance between supply and demand while minimizing costs. Responsibilities Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory. Monitor inventory levels using AS400 systems, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting. Collaborate with suppliers to manage contracts, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Analyze data visualization tools to forecast demand and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly. Manage the logistics of inventory movement, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Train and supervise staff involved in inventory management processes. Experience Proven experience in inventory management or supply chain management. Strong knowledge of logistics processes and supplier management practices. Familiarity with data visualization tools for analyzing inventory trends and performance metrics. Proficient in using inventory management systems, particularly AS400 or similar software. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.
