Keep Production Moving – Lead the Storeroom with Precision We’re hiring a Storeroom Manager to lead inventory operations at a busy manufacturing site near Natchez, MS. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for the accuracy, flow, and organization of all materials that support production. Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day operations of the storeroom and materials flow Maintain accurate inventory levels to support uninterrupted production Lead, schedule, and coach a small storeroom team Coordinate with maintenance, purchasing, and production to ensure timely materials availability Enforce safety and compliance protocols Identify process improvements to streamline operations and reduce waste
What You Bring:
5+ years in inventory/materials management – manufacturing experience preferred 2+ years in a team leadership or supervisory role Familiarity with inventory systems and supply chain coordination Solid organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a physically active role (lifting up to 50 lbs) Forklift experience/certification a plus Preferred (But Not Required): Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field Experience with storeroom budgeting and cost control Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing mindset
