YOUR TASKS
- Supporting Plant Operation Department (purchasing, supply chain planning, warehouse & transportation) with assigned tasks related to day to day operations, project management, CBS & lean management processes, KPI reporting and continuous improvement activities.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Supply Chain Management
- + Support Supply Chain Manager in daily tasks (maintain supply chain parameter, provide production proposal based on continuous planning, monitor production execution and inventories, Improvement of unconfirmed demands)
- Project Management
- + Performing assigned projects as project manager and/or project team member + Acting as project management coach for PO department CBS & Lean Management + Acting as internal CBS coach for plant operation in order to support the overall CBS plant roadmap + Implementing lean management methods according to CBS requirements + Driving continuous improvement within PO + Performing and supporting structured problem solving workshops for PO department •KPI Reporting•+ Ensuring KPI reporting for PO department + Driving continuously improvement of KPI reporting + Driving automation for KPI reporting •Supporting activities•+ Supporting team and department activities.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- + Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or any related field + Proven experience in the customer service and order management + Proven analytical skills. + Advanced MS Office Application – MS Outlook and Excel + Business systems and tools (e.g. SAP, etc.)
