Salary Range:

$55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Hands on

Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.

Inventory Management:

Strong skills in managing inventory and supply chain operations.

Technical Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of automotive parts and vehicle systems.

Leadership:

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Customer Service:

A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with inventory management software and relevant computer applications.
