The Supply Chain Lead Manager will oversee and optimize all aspects of the supply chain process, ensuring efficient operations and effective management of resources. This role will involve collaboration with various departments to improve the supply chain strategy, manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage relationships with 3PL providers to ensure the smooth transportation and distribution of goods.
Oversee the processing of purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment of customer demands.
Utilize SAP and ERP systems to track inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
Coordinate import and export activities and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of 3PL operations and logistics management.
Experience with SAP and ERP systems is required.
Familiarity with import/export regulations and trade compliance is essential.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
