Supply Chain Manager Charles Street Talent Advisors Gastonia, NC 28054 Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality of operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in supply chain management and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments. Responsibilities Oversee the full cycle of sourcing, purchasing, production coordination, and product distribution Direct cross-functional teams involved in procurement, planning, customer service, warehousing, and logistics Maintain seamless day-to-day operations while ensuring top-tier service to internal and external stakeholders Build and manage vendor partnerships to support business goals Lead supplier cost discussions and secure favorable terms Maintain balanced inventory levels to align with demand Streamline supply chain procedures for better operational outcomes Coordinate material and workflow readiness for new product rollouts and engineering changes Promote effective use and continuous improvement of ERP systems Champion initiatives that enhance efficiency, cost savings, and margin improvement Qualifications & Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and data analysis capabilities Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing setting Highly organized with a sharp focus on detail Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline Highlights $100,000 – $140,000 + 15% Target Annual Bonus Generous PTO offering. 21 days + 5 days sick leave (40 hours) + 14 holidays.
