Director, Supply Business Planning •This position is located onsite in Greensboro, North Carolina. •Job Summary The Supply Business Planning Director represents the supply chain to the Commercial team. Ensures that there is a feasible Supply Plan for all the commercial and business plans. The director of Supply Business Planning makes sure that the Commercial/Business team understands the implications of the decision in terms of cost, service or inventory. Owns the Supply Chain Design process and critical path planning through the GTM Director. The director will lead the
NAM S&OP
process, Role is also responsible for consolidating and presenting including the Shipment Forecast. Role supports translating back and forth business and supply chain requirements and continuously finding opportunities to improve our objectives. Responsibilities Own inventory glidepath and action planning.
Strategic & Business Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver business needs. Owns the “What?”
Data Analysis:
Use data to identify insights and make data-driven decisions. Ensures Go to Market (GTM) readiness from the supply network standpoint. Supports GTM Director in ensuring smooth delivery of NPI, and cross functional communication of potential risks, awareness of timely decisions to be made to mitigate failure of supply delivery. Drives continual improvement to ensure planning processes are effective and deliver the expected service, cost and inventory results. Owns S&OP Process with the Finance counterpart. Owns supply chain sufficiency and Issue Sheet decision making process. Owns the E2E supply chain scorecard SKU segmentation
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Works at the center of Merchandising, Sales, SP, DP and Customer service to align perfect execution towards the business expectations. Leadership The SBP director is a leadership position in KTB. It is important that the individual is a Self-Starter, with ability to influence different levels of the organization. Needs to be very factual and analytical, and able to translate data into helpful insights. Should be able to develop strong connections with Business partners to influence direction.
