About this role The Senior Manager, SIOP Demand Planning and Forecasting will haveoversight of the aftermarket demand plan and forecasting for anHVAC service business segment. You will implement and maintain SIOPdemand planning process to optimize forecasting, service, andinventory levels. Key Demand Responsibilities Collaborate with Commercial Leaders to develop an 18-monthconsensus demand plan for an aftermarket business unit through themonthly SIOP cycle. Partner with stakeholders across teams to capture all inputs tothe demand plan and to ensure adjustments and improvements toforecasting models and methodologies are implemented. Integrate firm backlog, order pipeline, bookings forecast,statistical forecasting, portfolio management, NPI, marketintelligence and other product demand signals to create a consensusdemand forecast. Coordinate cross-functional discussions to document andchallenge Demand Plan assumptions and refine the forecast. Collaborate with senior management to align demand planninginitiatives with overall business strategies and goals. Ensurealignment between revenue and demand plans. Understand the drivers of demand changes, customers, andrevenue impacts and potential effects on the downstreamprocesses. Lead the SIOP Demand Reviews; prepare all data and metrics forreview, identify gaps and scenarios that must be presented; guidefinal decision making on open items and trade-offs, and prepareescalations for executive review where appropriate. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain , Finance, SalesOperations, or Program/Project Management Preferred Qualifications MBA or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply ChainManagement, or Finance Experience in forecasting SKU demand Experience with demand and supply planning tools Strong Working knowledge of S&OE and/or S&OP withimplementation experience Ability to build cross-functional relationships through strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
