Competitive, commensurate with experience + performance-based increases Position Overview We’re seeking a proactive, team-oriented Regional Manager to lead operations in one of our key service areas. This leadership role comes with increased responsibility, autonomy, and pay. You’ll act as the primary liaison between field teams and upper leadership, ensuring vehicle readiness, team compliance, and exceptional daily performance. Ideal candidates thrive under pressure, communicate well, and take ownership of their region’s success. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly virtual team meetings and quarterly in-person gatherings
  • Be the first line of support for drivers in your region
  • Oversee vehicle and facility maintenance, inspection records, and fuel logs
  • Train, coach, and—when needed—discipline team members
  • Ensure all compliance and safety protocols are followed (Sperion, CamCoach, dispatch videos, etc.)
  • Recruit and onboard new employees in collaboration with leadership
  • Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism with both your team and company leadership What We’re Looking For
  • Prior leadership or management experience (fleet/logistics preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable leading remote and in-person meetings
  • Ability to coach team members toward growth and accountability
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Must be tech-savvy (Teams, Excel, video tools, etc.) Bonus if You Have
  • Medical transport, EMS, or transplant logistics experience
  • Familiarity with vehicle maintenance or compliance systems
