Job Overview Qualifications Student Program Overview The Stellantis Student Program is a part-time position requiring employees to work year-round, 24 hours per week (Monday-Friday during normal business hours). Candidates who are selected for the program will work with their manager to determine a consistent weekly work schedule where candidates fulfill the 24-hour requirement, while balancing their class schedule. During the summer months, student employees may potentially work 40 hours per week. This determination will be at management’s discretion. The Stellantis Student Program is an experiential learning program.

Potential academic course credit Department Details Selected candidates will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with other Supply Chain Management professionals to complete project assignments and day-to-day activities to support the Supply Chain Management department. The selected candidates will work for current and future programs to avoid supply risk. Additionally, they will participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives. What this role will prepare you for: Future Supply Chain Management roles with i ncreasing levels of responsibility
Future roles in a dynamic fast-paced industry in automotive/mobility
Future leadership or rotational programs
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited university
Ability to work 24 hours per week, year round
Preferred Qualifications:
Majoring in Supply Chain Management or similar discipline
Achievement of Sophomore status at an accredited university at the time of hire
GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
Strong interest in automotive industry
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Data analytics introductory classroom experience in:
Microsoft Excel ( formulas, Pivot tables, Data Analysis)
Basic programming in SQL and/or Python
Data tables and databases
Creative / resourceful information mining and fact seeking skills
