Job Responsibilities Overview :

The North American Supply Chain Director is responsible for optimizing On-Time In-Full (OTIF) customer delivery performance and proactively managing inventory to improve cash flow, cost structure, and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management , logistics, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management roles , preferably within manufacturing . Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using ERP systems and analytics tools such as Power BI . Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams . Willingness to travel up to 25% , including periodic visits to Mexico operations and strategic customer sites.

$150,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
