Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on, organized self-starter who enjoys a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for managing our parts inventory, coordinating local vendor pickups and deliveries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our parts room.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate parts inventory. Receive and post incoming inventory into our system. Pull and prepare parts for manufacturing in a timely manner. Organize and maintain the parts room for efficiency and accessibility. Track parts orders and deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment. Perform local vendor pickups and deliveries using company truck and trailer. Operate a forklift as needed for loading/unloading. Assist with streamlining inventory processes and improving inventory control practices. Collaborate closely with manufacturing and purchasing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems is a strong plus. Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts. Valid driver’s license and experience driving trucks with trailers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
