We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Export Coordinator to join our global logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing international and domestic shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the efficient movement of goods across global markets. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage export shipments across all transportation modes: truck, rail, intermodal, ocean, and air. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including IATA, DMDG, and DOT standards. Prepare and assemble export documentation in accordance with customer requirements and company policies. Track shipments from origin to destination, resolving discrepancies and delays proactively. Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders. Enforce adherence to company freight policies and customer-specific logistics requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics operations and documentation processes. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in global logistics, warehousing, and transportation. Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Strong knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations (CFR 19, CFR 15, CFR 49). Experience with HTSUS, Schedule B, and dangerous goods documentation. Familiarity with 3PL operations and agricultural logistics. Preferred Qualifications CSCP certification. Certifications in IATA, DMDG, and DOT compliance. Advanced Excel skills (Level 6 or higher). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
