The Job Holder will report to xxx and is part of the country organization, headed and operationally lead by the MD of the country. Maintain an effective relationship with the business teams and functional teams in Stahl and integrate the stakeholder interests in the strategy of the site. Major tasks/responsibilities Supervises all relevant functions to meet the purpose of the job. This includes site procurement, site logistics, CSD, quality control, operational excellence and vendor scheduling Uses resources efficiently / optimises processes to achieve the relevant Stahl defined KPI’s Responsible for optimum customer service by having the orders timely and efficiently processed in Sap and safeguards customer satisfaction by timely and in full delivery. Ensures local Vendor scheduling, Logistics and Customer Service teams update process•and master data in SAP to give accurate visibility to vendor schedulers and CSD Ensures optimized stock levels (based on stock targets) and make proposals on improvements (including Slow moving and obsolete stock). Actively contributes to continuous improvement on customer-oriented processes and procedures in line with global guidelines and policies Proactively resolves quality issues arising from the production or logistics process Acts as escalation point for sales for customer issues and resolves them in a timely and efficient manner Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty Takes ownership and ensures a smooth and optimal experience for the customer.
