Job Description Role Summary The Inventory Supervisor assigns, manages and directs daily inventory control to ensure accuracy, efficiency and seamless operations collaborating with various departments to reduce cost and enhance performance. Main Tasks Leads, guides and directs team to include hiring, training, monitoring performance, coaching, terminating in accordance with Company and HR Policies to contribute to the overall success and culture within the organization Fulfills procedures, instructions, orders and environmental laws and all generally applicable legal regulations Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages. Plans and executes stocktaking according standards Fulfills the requests of supplier ordering process Communicates daily with Supervisors, Plant Management and Corporate Management teams on all things inventory Responsible for and contacts customer or supplier consignment Responsible for planning stocktaking at subcontractor, consignment stock and external warehouse Creates and reports KPI’s Deriving measures and improvements Handles scrapping activities for the plant Supports ERP postings (correction movement types) Ensures compliance with audits within the workplace Follows and adheres to all safety rules and regulations Additional duties as assigned Your Profile Bachelors Degree or combination of education and experience to provide an equivalent background 3+ years of relevant work experience, with special focus on inventory management and stocktaking 3+ years supervisory experience Must possess strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency and attention to detail to prioritize and work well under time pressure Excellent computer skills to include MS Office products, ERP skills required; Sage X3 a plus Must have good analytical and problem-solving abilities Are you full of ideas?
