Supply Chain Manager 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Keene, NH 03431 Supply Chain Manager Our client is seeking a leader with strong inventory management experience for their full-time, direct-hire Supply Chain Manager role. You’ll use your expertise to implement best practices for the site supply chain at the company’s facility in Keene, NH. Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager Lead, enhance, and develop all aspects of supply chain performance, in collaboration with the leadership team, global supply chain, and other key stakeholders Build effective relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers Ensure team is fully trained and follows all safety guidelines Develop and align supply chain strategies, measuring and analyzing quality and delivery performance through KPIs Lead and improve supplier performance Manage annual stock counts during the financial year Effectively plan inventory to ensure the right levels are established, maintained, and flexed to meet current and future operational/project needs Lead the internal movement of materials and finished goods, developing logistics capabilities to support continued growth and development Optimize utilization of Visual ERP system Ensure that supply chain processes comply with all internal policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications of the Supply Chain Manager Demonstrable experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role (e.g. Purchasing/Sourcing Manager) Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or equivalent preferred Significant experience in maintaining effective and productive relationships with external and internal customers and suppliers Robust commercial and financial awareness with strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Positive, self-managing, and highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a flexible and proactive nature Demonstrable experience in managing and leading a team of people to achieve shared objectives APICs or CIPS qualified to a minimum of level 5, or equivalent experience We look forward to connecting with you about this Supply Chain Manager opportunity!
