Assistant Parts Manager Grappone Automotive Group 530 Route 3A, Bow, NH 03304 Grappone Automotive Group is looking for a Ford Parts Assistant Manager to come join our team! A minimum of 5 years Parts Counter experience is preferred; working with the Ford brand is preferred. Supports the Parts Manager with the day-to-day parts operations as well as planning and executing both short-term and long-term initiatives for future success. Lead team members by serving with integrity, kindness, and respect. Strives to return a satisfactory profit on dealer capital invested in parts inventory. Accomplishes objectives using proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising.
