The Manager, Sales Ops Planning & Analysis position is designed to drive optimized and predictable sales for the North American ECCO business, with exceptional understanding of retail selling and inventory management. This role will be a key contributor across the entire product and selling cycles, including initial seasonal projections and product sell-in, analysis of retail selling / sell-through, in-season business and product distribution, and developing and/or influencing key processes during each process of seasonal sell-in in order to maximize sales and profitability results. The ideal candidate needs to speak finance fluently but act sales-operationally and have a passion for combining data and planning with commercial knowledge. As our Manager, Sales Ops Planning & Analysis, your responsibilities will include: As a key member of the ECCO Americas team, this position will support an integrated planning process, driving the use of data and insights to assess current state of business and drive in-market action to achieve or exceed planned revenue and profitability goals. Develop and measure, in partnership with sales, finance and demand planning teams, monthly/quarterly/seasonal wholesale sell-in plans by region, channel gender and account. Create heightened focus on retail sales data for the purpose of creating action plans needed to drive opportunistic business in the short and long term. Develop, drive and communicate relevant business plans, strategies and initiatives, focused on key insights, assumptions and validation points through timely, actionable reporting to drive quick and effective action in the region. Build bottoms-up sales plan across all necessary planning periods (month, quarter, year, etc), including account, gender and key category. Partner and collaborate with key functional partners (marketing, inventory management, demand planning, etc) to drive focus on forecast accuracy, which focus on developing into a core competency within the next 12 months. Identify and implement system-based solutions, leveraging data and AI, to ensure a robust information and insights structure required to drive growth. Develop and drive key reporting at a tactical and strategic-level against key partners and channels for sales and senior management that creates meaningful insight into and the North America business; focus on order book management including ship and open, at-once, and cancellations. Develop/enhance retail selling reporting, including sell-thru, to ensure proper account and product level insights. Actively partner with demand planning and FP&A teams on annual plans, forecasts and other deliverables to ensure the most accurate view is taken with respect to revenue. Partner with customer service on bulk/contract order utilization to ensure adherence to company policy. Develop, in collaboration with finance and P&C teams, annuals sales targets at the rep level for purposes of sales incentive plans, and the proper tools to measure performance. Support distribution, logistics, and customer service on order fulfilment activities throughout ECCO Americas as needed.

If you have… Bachelor’s degree in Business or Merchandising preferred. 5-10 years of experience in a sales and/or inventory planning role within wholesale/retail environment. Footwear/apparel or other consumer goods industry a plus. Experience working with an experienced sales team. Experience working with a global company with a vertically integrated supply chain preferred. Ability to identify and execute process improvements designed to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. High sense of integrity and acute business acumen. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization. Ability to interact and influence at a regional level. Excellent organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills. Ability to analyze and influence budgets. Advanced skills with MS Excel, proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint. Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or long hours when necessary.
