The right candidate will be able to accomplish their objectives using proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, and pricing, while upholding the highest ethical standards. Parts Managerial experience required. Honda Parts Managerial experience preferred. Will also train a strong lead counterperson looking to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Ensure CSI rating is maintained at the highest level possible Parts inventory control Hires, trains, and motivates parts department staff Monitors and adjusts inventory Honda experience a plus
