POSITION Reporting to the Supply Chain and Logistics Manager, this position entails the management and supervision of the second-shift logistics team. The Supervisor will oversee the training and support of SCL personnel to guarantee the delivery of high-quality work within a clean, safe, and efficient operational framework. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, driving continuous process improvement, and promoting employee engagement through initiatives that foster a committed and successful work environment.
PROFILE High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Independent worker with a high level of initiative.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical, organizational, and basic math skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Word.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency a plus.
