Job Description
Position Overview:
As an Inventory Planning and Logistics Manager, you will ensure trade compliance and oversee import/export controls to adhere to all regulations. You will manage global OEM products from intercompany to our 3PLs in the US. Your role will involve inventory management and forecasting by creating an XYZ analysis for supply chain demand, You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that inventory levels meet customer requirements and manage all inbound shipments from intercompany to guarantee timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:

Trade Compliance:
Oversee trade compliance and risk for all import and export control processes. Submit ISF filings to the broker to prevent penalties for import shipments and review all documentation and HS codes for accuracy to ensure compliance with SOX.

Supply Chain Management:
Oversee the supply chain of OEM products to our 3PLs, review customer orders, forecasts and factory production planning schedules, and collaborate with the internal team to ensure that inventory levels meet customer requirements. Expedite inbound shipments with forwarders to prevent interruptions in the customer supply chain.

Vendor Management:
Process vendors’ purchase orders for stock replenishment products, create ASNs, and receive products for inbound shipments from the intercompany.

Inbound Shipment Coordination:
Manage all inbound shipments from intercompany and align with forwarder schedules to guarantee timely deliveries.

Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts for domestic carriers for our 3PLs.

Travel:
International and domestic travel as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade compliance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of inventory planning, logistics, and forecasting experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft D365.
- Knowledge of Excel, i.e., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and more.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Customs Broker Certification, a plus.
Salary Range:
$65,000 to $90,000
