Summary You will form an integral part of the Supply Chain, Planning and Analytics Department within the Integrated Logistics Business Unit, creating, maintaining, and coordinating all Distribution and Demand planning activities for the Wayne DC operations. You will be a pivotal point in the exchange and analysis of information between the different brands, the Supply Chain, Operations and 3PL teams for any and all matters regarding capacity, inbound and outbound volumes and special projects (store openings, special events, peak season preparation, etc.) You will achieve the highest level of internal and external customer satisfaction through relationship management in cooperation between Kering, its brands and its service providers. We are currently seeking a Planning Manager who will report to the Director of Supply Chain, as part of our dynamic team in Wayne (NJ).

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Work tightly with the Brands to collect updated information about demand trends and evolutions Support the Brands in case of specific urgencies / prioritization and for the launch of New collections / special events Establish lead times, service level expectations and overall execution in coordination with the Supply Chain, Operations and 3Pl team Consolidate all available forecasts from the brands and/or produce forecast based on historical information and recent trends. Produce, coordinate, and communicate a clear load plan with the Supply Chain, Operations and 3PL teams. Develop (or coordinate the development with the relevant teams) of a planning tool that will allow all stakeholders to monitor upcoming events, loads and volumes. Track and supervise the daily execution flow to ensure the daily plan is met Constant monitoring of Warehouse OTIF and Backlog working with key stakeholders and communicate it timely to the Brands Establish a process to acknowledge and execute priority requests by the brands and/or Supply Chain and Operations team. Maintain Key Performance Indicators to monitor and to continuously improve the planning process Conduct analysis and produce reports related to specific logistics / distribution performances Establish frequent revision (S&OP) sessions with the brands and the Operations and Supply Chain teams to review the past results and the expectations of the weeks to come in all channels and flows. Be the main point of contact for information regarding capacity, volumes and load expectations regarding shipments (outbound and inbound) Work with brands and operations to establish a culture of planning and forecasting, understanding the implication of the lack of these and highlighting their value added. Implement, deploy and lead “Control Tower” monitoring within the organization (with Supply Chain, Operations and 3PL) for special launches, collections, projects and initiatives.
WHO YOU ARE A
university graduate; masters degree in supply related topics is considered a plus You have a former experience in logistics or supply chain planning You have strong analytical skills and a structured approach in managing data You are able to set priorities and effectively manage own time You have excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders You are expert in using all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; Power BI is considered a plus Good knowledge of US luxury retail business A proactive detail-oriented person who can regularly meet tough deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks A challenger of the state of affairs and constant innovator
Salary:
