Service Delivery Manager – Former Military Aviators Strongly Encouraged to Apply RDE Technologies Oceanside, NY 11572 ✈ From the Cockpit to Command — Lead Our Frontline Are you a former fighter pilot, military aviator, or mission commander looking to lead in a high-performance tech environment? We’re a fast-moving Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking an elite Service Delivery Manager who thrives under pressure, communicates with precision, and leads with systems thinking. Just like in the air, here it’s about execution, coordination, and clarity . Your Mission Lead a 20-person technical team to deliver seamless IT services across thousands of endpoints and dozens of client environments. Manage ticket queues, escalations, and team dispatching with precision and accountability. Be the calm during the storm — outages, incidents, and client escalations go through you. Drive continuous improvement across SLAs, customer satisfaction, documentation, and team culture. Qualifications Prior experience in operations leadership, service delivery, NOC management, or client-facing IT roles. Military aviation background (e.g., U.S. Air Force, Navy, Israeli Air Force) strongly preferred.
