WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS GLOBAL PROCESS OWNER

DESCRIPTION

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment. Mini-Circuits’ sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website.

Position Summary:

The Global Process Owner (GPO) – Warehouse Management is responsible for defining, leading, and continuously improving end-to-end global warehouse and distribution processes. This role ensures standardization, efficiency, and compliance across all locations, enabling high-performance operations and supporting enterprise-wide goals. The GPO partners with cross-functional stakeholders to align processes, systems, and performance measures, while championing innovation and best practices in warehouse management.

Salary Range:

 $150,000 – $165,000 per year

Job Function:

Own the global warehouse and distribution process landscape, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and outbound logistics.
Define and maintain standardized operating procedures, process documentation, and KPIs across all global warehouse sites.
Serve as the strategic lead for warehouse-related process design, performance optimization, and capability development.
Collaborate with regional/site operations teams to drive consistent adoption of global best practices and identify improvement opportunities.
Support system enhancements and major initiatives by aligning warehouse and distribution processes with digital tools and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, WMS).
Evaluate and implement process improvements including automation, layout optimization, space utilization, and material handling strategies.
Monitor global warehouse performance data, conduct root cause analysis, and lead corrective actions to improve service, cost, and compliance.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted partner for operational excellence, supporting change management, training, and continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure that warehouse and distribution operations support regulatory, safety, and quality requirements consistently across all geographies.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

May lead a small team of warehouse process analysts or project leads.
Provides functional leadership to regional warehouse teams through a matrixed reporting structure for process governance and improvement efforts. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
10+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations experience in the electronics industry is a plus.
5+ years in a global or enterprise-level process ownership or transformation role.
Strong experience in ERP systems, particularly SAP (experience with ERP transition – especially from MAPICS to SAP is a plus).
Deep understanding of warehouse and distribution operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and compliance.
Strong process design, documentation, and project management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in using data and KPIs to measure and improve operational performance.
Experience in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and change management activities.
Ability to lead and influence in a global matrixed organization.
Strategic mindset with a strong operational execution focus.
Capable of managing complexity, ambiguity, and global variability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferences:

Lean Six Sigma certification or formal continuous improvement training.
Experience with warehouse automation, robotics, or advanced material handling systems.
Multilingual abilities or experience working across diverse global teams.
