KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop strategy for Last Mile Activities and implement consistently across DPS platforms. Ensure a complete, impactful Operating Model that delivers value and enables a customer-centric, performance-driven last-mile operations capability. Develop performance management processes that provide a coordinated view of service, asset efficiency, and cash optimization. Lead inventory and technology programs associated with traceability and digital improvements, collaborating with relevant functions. Cultivate positive relationships across Supply Chain and Commercial teams to translate customer needs into actionable strategies. Optimize cash management of inventory, minimizing E&O and SLOB. Improve field audit processes in collaboration with Field Sales Teams to improve accuracy, compliance, and reconciliation results. Partner with commercial teams to innovate business models and customer connectivity.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree required, preferably in life science, engineering, or physical science. An advanced degree in Planning, Business, Statistics, or Engineering is preferred.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Required:
A minimum of eight years of significant work experience in a relevant field. Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills; ability to communicate across all organizational levels. Experience in the Medical Device industry with a solid understanding of relevant regulations. Experience in ERP/OTC system implementation and usage. Demonstrated knowledge of quality and financial principles and practices.
Preferred:
APICS, Six Sigma, IBF, or Project Management certification. Previous experience in developing performance metrics and improvement strategies. Background in leading cross-functional teams. Familiarity with digital transformation in supply chain operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
OTHER:
Travel requirement: Ability to travel up to 15% domestically.
Certifications:
APICS, Six Sigma, IBF, Project Management certification preferred.
