Swing Kingdom, the original Amish-crafted vinyl playset manufacturer, is looking for a Logistics & Installation Manager to lead our dispatch, delivery, and install operations with confidence and precision. ️

What You’ll Do:

As the captain of our install operations, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end logistics—from scheduling installations and dispatching freight, to leading install crews and ensuring customer sites are ready to roll. Your role will combine operational strategy, boots-on-the-ground leadership, and cross-team coordination to keep projects on time and on point.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the

Schedule:

Plan and oversee all installations and deliveries across multiple states

Drive Logistics:

Coordinate CF Logistics and 3rd-party shipments, handle driver dispatch, documentation, and site checks Lead the

Crew:

Manage and support internal and subcontractor installation teams for on-site excellence

Boost Team Performance:

Train crews, promote quality and safety, and foster a positive, accountable culture

Stay Compliant:

Ensure DOT and safety compliance, maintain records, and support truck certifications

Delight Customers:

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring satisfaction from scheduling to completion

What You’ll Need:

2-3+ years of leadership experience in installation or field operations required 2-3+ years of hands-on logistics or scheduling expertise required A natural problem-solver who thrives under pressure Highly organized, detail-driven, and results-focused A team builder with strong communication and training skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with Excel, email, and digital tools
