We’re hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end planning, materials management, warehousing, transportation, and production scheduling. This role is responsible for achieving site-level inventory, delivery, and service targets while aligning daily operations with corporate supply and demand planning. You’ll lead a team responsible for procurement, inventory accuracy, material readiness, and production planning—all while maintaining safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Own long-term supply planning and oversee all S&OP activities at the local level Lead production scheduling, raw material and packaging replenishment, and warehouse/transportation operations (including 3PL) Maintain inventory accuracy (system vs. physical), ensure FIFO, and meet KPI targets for raw, packaging, and finished goods Communicate future material requirements with procurement and suppliers, ensuring availability for production Manage seasonal pre-builds and optimize production equipment usage through effective planning Ensure on-time receiving, Bill of Lading accuracy, and conformance to quality standards Track and report supply chain metrics, including fill rate, production attainment, truck turn time, and labor efficiency Lead the weekly/monthly supply plan review and the monthly S&OP process; support planning alignment with operations and sales Oversee departmental P&L and explain budget variances Partner with sourcing on raw material contracts and supplier performance Direct and coach supply chain staff and supervisors to improve process efficiency and service levels Identify and lead root cause efforts and ensure effective use of systems and tools (e.g., Redzone, Fishbowl, Opendock)

Qualifications:
Required:

4+ years of supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set objectives, and drive performance through metrics Strong experience with demand/supply planning, warehousing, transportation, and inventory control Budget and P&L accountability Intermediate proficiency in computer systems and math Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work independently Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt schedule to business needs Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Redzone, Fishbowl, or Opendock Continuous Improvement or TPM experience Bilingual in

English and Spanish Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise and variable temperatures Stand for extended shifts (12 hours) Lift up to 50 lbs Use tools and operate machines with precision Reasonable accommodations will be made as needed
