Job Description
Audio Visual Warehouse and Logistics Manager FMP Media Solutions Harleysville, PA 19438 FMP Media Solutions, Inc. is looking for an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager for immediate employment at their Harleysville, PA office. FMP Media Solutions, Inc. is a leading audio & video production company specializing in servicing large scale events, video productions, video broadcasts & web streaming. The warehouse and logistics manager directly manages the day-to-day operations of warehouse employees, audio/visual equipment inventory and pick up and delivery logistics of inventory. The typical work week is Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM however, some travel and weekend work will be required. Candidates with 2 years of warehouse & logistics management experience preferred. Full time 8 hours per day/40 hours per week. Starting salary is $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 depending on experience plus benefits.

Responsibilities:
o Manage day-to-day operations of warehouse and warehouse employees o Manage, organize, and create control processes for audio and video inventory o Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads o Work with project managers to spec and secure equipment needs o Work with third party equipment and labor vendors to source additional equipment and labor o Plan delivery, shipping & pick up logistics with internal and external carriers •
Requirements:
o Knowledge of audio & video production equipment o Flex Rental Solutions Inventory Software knowledge preferred or knowledge of other Inventory Management Software o Willingness to travel to domestic destinations to support events o Ability to work in warehouse environment on concrete flooring and in varying temperatures o Strong organization and prioritizing skills o Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment o Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external contacts at various levels o Ability to organize materials, manage time, and prioritize tasks in order to complete projects on or before specified deadlines o Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of
