This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and optimizing supply chain logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a deep understanding of e-commerce operations to drive efficiency and profitability in drop shipping processes. Responsibilities Develop and implement efficient drop shipping strategies and processes Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to maintain optimal stock Analyze sales data and trends to forecast inventory needs Manage relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing and terms Address and resolve any issues related to drop shipping and customer service Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product offerings and promotions Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field 3+ years of experience in drop shipping or supply chain management Proven experience in vendor management and negotiation Knowledge of e-commerce processes and best practices Preferred Requirements Master’s degree in a relevant field Experience with CRM and ERP systems Familiarity with data analysis tools and metrics tracking Previous experience in a managerial role Proficiency in inventory management systems Bilingual – Spanish Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in supply chain management software Understanding of e-commerce platforms and logistics Experience with inventory management and forecasting Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks Benefits Medical Dental Vision
