Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Manager that is hands-on and responsible for overseeing and improving the end-to-end supply chain processes, with a strong emphasis on warehouse operations, inventory control and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day supply chain activities including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination – understand and be able to assist with processes – suggest and implement process improvements. Learn and understand current warehouse operations and work collaboratively with the warehouse team to identify areas for improvement. Lead and support efforts to improve inventory accuracy, storage optimization, and order fulfillment efficiency. Analyze supply chain data and workflows to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with industry best practices. Support and enhance the use of NetSuite ERP, helping to refine processes and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Production to ensure accurate forecasting and timely product delivery. Work collaboratively with Sales to accurately quote new bids. Monitor vendor performance and assist in vendor selection and negotiation processes. Stay up to date with trends in supply chain management and bring innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement. Requirements and Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations. Proven understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control . Experience with NetSuite ERP is highly preferred. Experienced in direct communication with vendors and customers. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to learn current systems and processes quickly and provide structured improvements. Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools for supply chain analysis.

ISO 9001

2015 and UL certification experience/understanding a plus Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS certification is a plus. Experience working within a small family-owned and operated business preferred. Physical Demands Must possess mobility to work in a standard warehouse setting and work with and around a variety of equipment, parts, and inventory; strength, stamina, and mobility to perform medium physical work; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone or radio. The job involves walking, standing, and/or sitting for extended periods. Finger dexterity is needed to access and retrieve small parts. This position requires the employee to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work. Employees must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8am – 4:30pm, with occasional overtime per business needs. This is strictly an on-site position. Salary to commensurate with experience.
