Full Job Description Job Overview:
As a nationwide recruiter, I’ve got a great opportunity•in the Aiken, SC metro area•for a Mobile Crane Parts Manager . This is a full-time, direct hire position in this specific geographic area!
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain optimal inventory levels to support mobile crane fleet operations while minimizing equipment downtime Establish vendor relationships with OEM manufacturers and suppliers, managing procurement and expediting critical backorders Develop competitive parts quotations and provide timely pricing information to internal departments and external customers Process daily customer invoicing and maintain accurate transaction records within parts management systems Supervise parts department staff scheduling and coordinate opening/closing procedures Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless customer support and operational alignment Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned by management
Key Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of five ( 2) years of experience in parts operations and inventory management Familiarity with Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, budgeting, and forecasting Experience navigating inventory systems and ordering platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred:
