Job Description
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of inventory control staff
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely data entry into inventory systems (e.g., ERP or WMS)
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering or stock adjustments as necessary
- Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and full physical inventories
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams to ensure inventory needs are met
- Develop and enforce inventory control procedures and SOPs
- Train team members on inventory systems, policies, and procedures
- Generate inventory reports for management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
