We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Team Lead to play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our supply chain operations.
As the Logistics Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our logistics team as well as the team and ensuring the efficient and timely flow of goods, materials, and information throughout our supply chain. You will lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, driving performance, and implementing best practices to achieve operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of logistics processes, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the logistics team during the 2nd shift
- Ensure that all shipments are processed and delivered on time
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to replenish stock as needed
