Your Role:
A Culture-Driven Logistics Leader As the Logistics Site Manager , you will oversee all logistics and operational activities at your site. You’ll be the key driver of site-level strategy, performance, and team culture—ensuring seamless coordination across departments, optimizing processes, and leading with integrity and vision. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture Build, inspire, and mentor a logistics team grounded in respect, accountability, and teamwork . Set a clear vision and empower site leaders and staff to meet shared performance goals. Champion a culture of safety, service, and continuous learning , where everyone feels ownership over results. Operations Management Lead day-to-day logistics activities to ensure operational targets for safety, cost, quality, and delivery are consistently met. Develop and execute a site-specific logistics strategy aligned with company and customer expectations. Oversee the performance and development of Operations Managers, Supervisors, and logistics staff. Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Strategic Execution Serve as the primary logistics liaison to production, engineering, quality, and other internal stakeholders. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, using data to drive proactive decisions and improvements. Manage site budgets with a focus on cost control, resource optimization, and long-term value . Oversee new logistics initiatives and technology implementations that enhance capability and efficiency. Continuous Improvement Promote a mindset of curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving throughout the team. Lead structured improvement efforts to streamline processes, reduce waste, and elevate service levels. Encourage feedback and frontline involvement in shaping better operations and outcomes. What You Bring Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field. 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Proven experience managing large teams in complex logistics environments. Skills & Attributes Strong expertise in logistics processes, inventory control, and transportation. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and logistics technology. Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. High emotional intelligence with the ability to lead through influence and example. A continuous improvement mindset paired with real-world operational know-how. Additional Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-centric with a commitment to quality and service. Willingness to adapt, learn, and lead change. Working Conditions Regular lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs. Additional Job Description:
Compensation is $140,000 to $155,000 base salary plus an annual target bonus. Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
