The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the comprehensive student support services contract at the FLETC Complex. This role requires an individual with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to oversee facility operations, student support, and various service delivery elements. This includes personnel supervision, scheduling, quality control, contract compliance, and coordination with the government customer to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery across all covered task areas.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations for student services, transportation, recreation, and dormitory support. Serve as the single point of contact for all matters related to contract performance. Ensure all services meet or exceed the standards defined in the PWS and Performance Requirements Summary (PRS). Manage a diverse team of supervisors, clerks, drivers, custodians, recreation aides, and logistics staff. Develop and implement schedules, staffing plans, and performance tracking tools. Submit reports, respond to government requests, and coordinate with the COR and Contracting Officer. Lead bi-weekly performance meetings and resolve service-related issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations. Maintain accurate records and oversee quality control processes across functional areas..

Qualifications :

Shall possess at least 5 years of recent (within the past 10 years) responsible experiences Federal Contract management and supervision of facility operations. It is highly desired that this experience includes facilities in adult education resident facilities, facility maintenance, food services, housekeeping and human resources at facilities having the approximate size, characteristics, and service mix as our FLETC Complex. Direct experience in one or more of the following areas: logistics, student/dorm support, transportation, or recreation services. Demonstrated ability to manage a workforce in a 24/7 operational setting. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data/reporting systems. Basic computer skills to input data into the system and generate various reports and correspondence as required, including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and manage project-specific software.
