The Boeing Company is looking for a SeniorLearning Business Partner

  • Supply Chain, who will haveresponsibility for working with subject matter experts and Learning& Development professionals to help develop functional learningstrategies, facilitate the maintenance of courses for the SupplyChain Function as well as project manage key learning anddevelopment programs, tools and resources.

This role requiresexcellent communication, integration, collaboration, adaptabilityand project management skills, as well as knowledge of the SupplyChain Function. This individual will act as a consultant, advisorand project manager on leadership, learning, training anddevelopment across the Enterprise Supply Chain organization. Theywill need to support various global locations and modalityintegration, always tying back into business impact. Lastly, theyare solution and deliverable driven while managing complex andhigh-touch business needs.

This position can be located in Seattle,WA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Berkeley, MO; Arlington, VA;Charleston, SC; Mesa, AZ; Portland, OR; San Antonio, TX. Asuccessful candidate will be expected to be on-site to support theexecution of the Learning Organization’s programs and initiativeswhere appropriate.

Position Responsibilities:

Facilitate the maintenance of consistent and high-qualitylearning and development resources for the Supply ChainFunction Facilitate Executive level leadership meetings, using excellentjudgement in terms of how to navigate agendas to ensure objectivesare accomplished, while demonstrating polished presentationskills Work with leadership and team to develop and implement long andshort-term functional learning strategies Develop and execute project and process improvement plans Develop and maintain relationships with customers,stakeholders, peers, and business partners Demonstrate business acumen and awareness of the current andfuture business climate, including awareness and knowledge of thewider company learning infrastructure and our global learningstrategy Apply modern and innovative learning methodologies to support arapidly developing function Other special projects as assignedThis position is expected tobe 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to workonsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications(Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience with Learning & Development in someform, including (but not limited to) facilitation, teaching, coursedevelopment, employee development, structured coaching /mentoring Experience managing multiple projects Experience partnering with cross-functional teams Communicating and interfacing with senior and executiveleadershipPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadershiprole Experience with supply chain and/or Functional supply chainknowledge Project Management experience
