In this position you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our RIGs Lab, including product receipt, testing, storage, and shipping. This role ensures high-quality service and equipment performance while managing 3PL operations and supporting cross-functional teams across supply chain, quality, and customer service. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Summerville RIGs Testing Lab and 3PL partner, serving as the primary liaison between commercial leadership and regional functions (Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Transportation, etc.). Act as the lead Quality representative for the Ansell RIGs portfolio, supporting both current operations and future strategic initiatives. Manage and report on financial performance and service-level adherence of the 3PL, ensuring compliance with commercial agreements. Ensure all RIGs processes—receipt, testing, storage, inventory control, and shipping—are executed in accordance with SOPs and work instructions. Track, audit, and resolve warehouse discrepancies while holding internal and external teams accountable through metrics and documentation. Monitor service performance related to customer orders, including custom labeling, documentation, and fulfillment accuracy. Prepare and manage the annual budget in collaboration with 3PL partners, identifying cost savings and ensuring proper use of supplies and equipment. Supervise and support RIGs lab technicians responsible for: Testing gloves, sleeves, hoods, blankets, hot line tools, and PPE Following OSHA, ASTM, ANSI, and applicable testing standards Maintaining SOP compliance in testing operations Stamping, labeling, and packaging PPE per customer specifications What will you bring to Ansell? Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in RIGs testing or a related field, including 3PL operations. Experience with QA/QC inspections or electrical insulating product testing (preferred). Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and monitor KPIs. Skilled in analyzing data and solving complex problems. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners. Proficient in Tier 1 Warehouse Management Systems. Experience in staffing, training, and performance management.
