Attention Ladson candidates!! We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Logistic Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations during the 2nd shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate has 1 year of leadership experience, use of SAP and prior experience in the shipping/receiving department. This is a permanent position with full benefits and employee perks!

salary:

$43,680 – $45,760 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM – 11:30 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the logistics team
Ensure that all shipments are processed and delivered on time
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to replenish stock as needed
Train and mentor team members to ensure they are performing at their best
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of inventory management systems
High school diploma or equivalent The essential functions of this role include:
