This position will be cross-trained to support our service department.

What You’ll Do:

Manage parts inventory and ordering for internal jobs and field service work Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of parts Receive, stock, and track incoming parts Prepare parts kits for scheduled jobs Assist the service team with parts ordering and coordinating service request Collaborate with technicians to ensure parts and schedules align

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in inventory or parts management (preferred but not required) Ability to learn scheduling and dispatch software A team player with solid communication skills Willingness to be cross-trained and take initiative
