Job Overview:

Procurement Manager We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels, assisting purchasing operations, and ensuring that all materials and supplies are available to support efficient and uninterrupted production. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work closely with production and management teams to anticipate needs and minimize delays. This position plays a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels Source, negotiate, and assist ordering materials and supplies as needed Track incoming orders and manage vendor relationships Work closely with the production team to ensure materials are available on time Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory activity Address supply chain issues and resolve any discrepancies with vendors

Qualifications:

High school diploma required Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

$12.00 – $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
